The ASES XIth International Scientific Research Congress will be held jointly by Sinop University, Uzbekistan Oriental University, Cyprus American University, and ASES (ACADEMY OF SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL STUDIES) on November 21-23, 2025, hosted by Sinop University in Sinop.

Our congress meets the criteria for academic promotion, academic incentives, academic appointments, and new associate professorship.

You may submit abstracts for the congress until November 10, 2025.

You must submit your abstracts via the Abstract Submission Panel and indicate in the editor's note section during submission whether you will participate in the congress in person or online.

Your abstracts will undergo blind peer review within 5 days, and the final decision regarding the abstract will be communicated to the applicant via email.

To register for the conference by November 12, 2025, the conference participation fee must be paid. Participants who have received an acceptance letter must pay the participation fee by the specified dates.

The conference program will be announced on November 14, 2025.

Presentations will be held on November 21-23, 2025.

Participants who wish to submit full texts must submit their work, prepared in accordance with the full text template, through the Submission Panel by December 2, 2025. Full text submission is not mandatory.

The conference proceedings book with an ISBN will be published on December 20, 2025.
